Your attention to detail extended even to the manner in which the books were packed - not one out of 1350+ had crushed tabs or a damaged spine. This was truly impressive, given the speed with which the book was done. Despite many delays and changes, the job was reproduced, bound and ready for pick-up exactly when you said it would be. The additional 150 books that we ordered at the eleventh hour came in very handy; that you managed to print them and have them bound between two blizzards will forever remain a tribute to your expertise, patience, and commitment to excellence.
